Network — for principal firms
Network is the Fenchurch One tier for principal firms supervising Appointed Representatives. Every AR gets its own record and its own portal, so what they complete and what you approve is kept as you go — not chased up after the fact.
Not supervising any Appointed Representatives? The rest of Fenchurch One starts at £150/month. See Starter, Growth and Pro
What it covers
A principal firm holds FCA authorisation and appoints other firms (its Appointed Representatives) to operate under that permission, giving them a faster route to market than seeking their own. Supervising them properly is a regulatory duty, not a choice. Fenchurch tracks and evidences what you do — it doesn't do the oversight for you. Network gives you the record, the portal and the roll-up to run it properly.
The AR portal
Each AR gets its own login and sees only its own firm. You choose what appears there.
Add the attestations, registers and policy templates each AR needs, from your side.
Each AR signs into its own space and works through what's outstanding. Nothing else is visible to them.
Every submission is kept against that AR's record, dated, and rolled into your network-wide view.
Inside Network
Network is not a switch that unlocks a couple of extra fields. It adds an entire section to the platform, built around supervising firms you are responsible for. Here is what sits in it.
Every AR in one list, worst first. Open any one of them for its full supervisory position, and every figure on screen opens the records behind it.
Red, amber or green, worked out from sixteen signals, and it shows you which rule fired and which did not. Override it if you disagree and a written reason is required.
Twelve sections covering the whole network, cited against SUP 12. Tick which ARs it covers, and the coverage is saved with the report so it always says what it looked at.
Searchable, and built for a network with dozens of firms in it rather than a list you scroll to the bottom of.
When an AR goes onto heightened supervision: what changed, who owns it, by when, and how it was resolved or escalated.
Audits, meetings and visits: what you covered, what you found, the rating you gave it, who owns the follow-up and when the next one is due.
Financial promotions, customer outcome files, complaints handling, and training and competence, reviewed and recorded.
Pass, fail or edit on every file you sample, with the root cause and the remediation followed through to closure.
The formal yearly review of each AR, and the decision on whether the appointment continues.
What each AR tells you has changed, and whether that change needs notifying to the FCA.
Letters, emails, supervisory calls and skilled person engagements, kept against the AR they concern, with your response beside them.
Everything every AR has signed or logged, in one table you can filter by firm, and click straight through to the record itself.
Every AR's policies with their owner and review date, plus your own template library in the same place.
Every AR's regulated people in one roster: fitness and propriety status, when it is next due, their due diligence, and who holds a login.
Customers, ownership, screening, politically exposed persons and counterparties, gathered across every firm you supervise.
Revenue, profit, capital adequacy and solvency for each AR, period by period, with a flag when something needs looking at. Evidence the firm is still viable to hold its appointment.
Your own firm's preparedness for a Skilled Person review or the Ombudsman: who leads, who to contact, and when you last rehearsed producing documents at short notice.
You write your own regulated activities once. On an AR's record that field becomes a list to pick from, and nothing else. Remove an activity and it stops being offered.
Assign your own policy templates to whichever ARs need them. They appear in a read-only tab on that AR's board, and a new version reaches everyone already assigned.
Tick the firms you want and get one dated document covering all of them, ready to hand to a board or an auditor.
One download covering every firm, plus your own oversight records about them, without going into each AR in turn.
A single read-only address covering every firm you tick, so a reviewer gets one link rather than one per firm. Passcode and expiry optional, and you can revoke it.
What is overdue, what is coming up and what is waiting on your approval, counted across the whole network, plus one weekly email per person rather than one per firm.
See it in action
The boards, registers, policies and reports your firm and every AR work with every day. Click any screen to take a closer look.
See exactly where a firm stands, worked out from its own records — every area with a live status, so nothing quietly falls behind.
Log every review, sign-off and assessment as it's completed — answer the plain-English questions, attach the evidence, and it's dated and kept as an audit trail.
The registers the FCA expects a firm to hold — breaches, complaints, whistleblowing, data-subject requests — ready to add to the moment something happens.
A firm's policy library, each policy with its full version history, owner and review date — so there's always a current document and a record of every change.
Staff and their Fit & Proper records in one place — Statement of Responsibilities, fitness declarations and due diligence, kept current for every person.
Every FCA return and reporting deadline tracked in one place — what's due, when, and whether it's been submitted.
A ready-made library of FCA forms — attestations and registers — added to a board and completed in-platform. Never a blank page.
A complete, ready-to-tailor Compliance Monitoring Plan — a chapter for every FCA obligation area, from governance and SM&CR to financial crime and data protection.
Every due-dated task across every board on one calendar — reviews, returns and renewals — so nothing coming up is a surprise.
One click builds a branded, dated evidence pack — the firm's position, its open items and the records behind them — ready for a board, an auditor or an FCA request.
Turn everything recorded into a board-ready report, mapped to the rules and written in plain English — ready for a board pack in seconds.
Tap the tabs to explore each area, and tap any screen to enlarge — then pinch or double-tap to zoom in close.
How it works
No implementation project. No onboarding call you have to book. Your first AR could be up and running before lunch.
Due diligence and assessments live on a single board. Answer the plain-English questions, attach a document, sign it off. That's the evidence — dated and kept.
Breaches, whistleblowing, data-subject requests, personal data breaches — the registers the regulator expects to be held, ready to add to the moment something happens.
One click turns everything recorded into a clear report, mapped to the rules — ready for a board pack, an auditor, or an FCA request. Written in English, not handbook. Network includes every report type — the exec summary, the full compliance report and the FCA dry run.
Up and running
No implementation project and no onboarding call to book. A setup wizard walks you through your first board, and plain-English tutorials sit on every screen — so you're never stuck.
The first time you sign in, a short wizard builds your firm's own board and your first AR's, and points you at exactly what to do first. Most firms are evidencing their first area within minutes, with no call to book and no consultant to wait for.
Wherever you are, a tutorials drawer is one click away — short, plain-English guides for that exact screen. No manual to read and no jargon to decode: the answer is always right where you need it.
The report
Everything recorded, read back in eight plain sections — evidence, registers, policies and returns, mapped to the rules that matter, with the gaps called out honestly. No invented figures, no filler. Just where a firm stands today. Network includes this report for your own firm's board, plus one AI report across the whole network, with every AR rolled into a single, board-ready view.
