Your people

Every person, properly evidenced

Most compliance tools treat people as an afterthought. Fenchurch One gives every member of staff their own compliance record: what they hold, whether they remain fit and proper, and how they stand against the conduct rules.

SM&CR, APER and IDD requirements are built in, so each person is assessed under the regime that actually applies to them — without you needing to know the acronyms first.

  • Statements of ResponsibilitiesWho holds which responsibilities, recorded per person and kept current.
  • Annual fit-and-proper questionnairesThe yearly assessment the FCA expects, completed per person and kept as dated evidence.
  • Conduct-rules adherenceEvidence that every person knows the rules that apply to them — and that the firm checked.
  • Due-diligence captureReferences, checks and supporting documents, held against the person they belong to.
  • Unlimited people recordsOn every plan. Two staff or two hundred — the price doesn't move.

Built around how firms actually work

One board for the firm — or one for every part of it

A board is a self-contained set of records. What it represents is up to you: a team, a department, a branch or office, a broker, an agent, or another firm in a group.

Boards

Each board keeps its own registers, people, documents and reports, separate from every other. Run one for the whole firm, or one per team, branch or group entity. One board on Starter, three on Growth, unlimited on Pro.

Isolated access

One user cannot see another user's boards unless a super user grants it. Access is tailored per person, per board — nobody sees more than they should.

Add a board in a click

New team, new branch, new group entity: set up its board in moments, within your plan's limits. No support ticket, no waiting.

Pro

White label

Make it yours: your logo and your colours across the platform, the reports and the shared Live Links. The people you oversee see your brand, not ours.

You're never on your own

Help that's built in, not booked in

Fenchurch One assumes no compliance background. The support is part of the product, not a call you have to schedule.

Getting started wizard

A guided setup that walks a non-compliance person from an empty account to a working compliance system, one step at a time.

Tutorials

A built-in help library for ongoing support, written in plain English. What each area is for, and what good looks like.

Email reminders

A weekly email digest of what's due and what's overdue — so deadlines chase you, not the other way round.

Questions

Before you ask

The things people usually want to know about the features on this page.

Is everything on this page included in the price?

Yes — pick a plan and every feature at that tier is included. Starter is £150 a month, Growth £250 and Pro £375. Every plan starts with a fourteen-day free trial, billing is month-to-month, and you can cancel from the billing portal. Where a feature belongs to a higher plan, it's marked on this page.

Do I need a compliance background to use it?

No. Fenchurch One is built for the founder, director or office manager who ended up holding compliance. The attestations set out what needs to be done and why, the getting-started wizard builds your first board step by step, and plain-English tutorials sit on every screen.

What's the difference between the plans?

Starter includes one board, the core registers and attestations every firm keeps, unlimited people records, the calendar, the AI Executive Summary and the form builder. Growth adds three boards, the full form library — every specialist register and attestation — the 41 policy templates and the full 8-section AI Compliance Report. Pro adds unlimited boards, the register and general document libraries, the 74-chapter Compliance Monitoring Plan, the FCA Returns tracker, Due Diligence, white-labelling and the FCA Dry Run. The full comparison is on the pricing page.

How do the AI reports actually work?

Each report is drafted from your board's own records — nothing invented, nothing generic. If it isn't evidenced in the platform, it isn't in the report. There are three types: the Executive Summary on every plan, the full AI Compliance Report on Growth and above, and the FCA Dry Run — a 14-question mock supervisory interview — on Pro. You can run one complete report of each type per board every seven days.

Can I show someone my compliance position without giving them a login?

Two ways. A Live Link gives a read-only view — with optional passcode, expiry and watermark, a view log, and the ability to revoke it at any time — and it shares summaries rather than your raw records. Or export the proof pack: a dated, referenced snapshot of your position you can hand to an auditor or the regulator.

Everything here is one subscription.

No modules to bolt on, no per-feature pricing. Pick a plan and every feature at that tier is included — fourteen days free, month-to-month after that.
