Higher plans add room and depth, more boards, more users, deeper monitoring and reporting, rather than unlocking features you thought you already had.
Moving up takes effect immediately, from the billing portal, and nothing moves. The same boards, the same records, the same screens, with more of the platform switched on.

Growth and Pro add more login seats, and each one lands in a platform that explains itself. A getting-started wizard sets up a new board step by step, and plain-English tutorials sit on every screen, so someone you brought in last week finds their way without waiting for you.

Every plan is the full platform. Moving up adds capacity and depth in the same workspace, with nothing to migrate. Here is what each step gives you.
A board is one self-contained set of records: its own registers, people, documents and reports. Start with one, move to three on Growth, and run as many as you need on Pro. A new board is a click, whether it is a branch or another firm in the group.
Login seats rise from three to ten on Growth, and become unlimited on Pro. People records stay unlimited on every plan, so you can hold a record for everyone in the firm and give a seat to whoever actually needs to log in.
Pro adds a 74-chapter Compliance Monitoring Plan library, covering the checks a regulated firm runs across the year. Each is ready to adopt and adapt, with an owner, a frequency and an evidence trail, so a review becomes a dated task the platform tracks.
More permissions mean more returns. The FCA Returns tracker lists every RegData submission your firm owes, with its due date, its owner and a record that it was filed, so a growing reporting load does not turn into a missed deadline.
Run the platform under your own name, logo and colours, so it looks like part of the firm to your team and, where you oversee others, to them too. On Pro, the workspace stops looking like something you bought.
Build your own attestations and registers alongside the ready-made FCA library, for the checks that are particular to your firm or your permissions. The library gives you the standard set; the builder covers the rest — on every plan, Starter included.
